Compassionate ABA Therapy for Children & Families
Evidence-based autism support with heart

What is ABA therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children build meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors. At Psych4U, we offer individualized ABA programs rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and collaboration with families.
ABA therapy is especially effective for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but can also support those with other developmental or behavioral challenges.
You’re not broken. You’re human — and so is your child. We’re here to help.
How ABA Therapy Works at Psych4U
Our team — comprised of board‑certified psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP‑BC), licensed mental health counselors, and trained behavior specialists — partners 1:1 with your child to create a therapy plan driven by data and guided by your child’s individual strengths and needs.
We focus on:
- Improving communication and language skills
- Enhancing social interactions and play
- Reducing harmful or disruptive behaviors
- Encouraging emotional regulation
- Building independence in daily routines
- Supporting family dynamics with parent coaching and education

Integrated Care, Centered on Your Child
What makes Psych4U different? We go beyond standalone therapy. ABA is just one part of our collaborative care model — designed to treat the whole child, not just one behavior.
When appropriate, our ABA therapists work closely with in-house psychiatrists and counselors to align on goals, medications, and emotional support. This integrated approach reduces fragmentation and empowers your child to grow in every area of life.
Parent-Friendly Telehealth & In-Person Support
We offer flexible, family-friendly services both in-person at our Pembroke Pines location and via secure telehealth when appropriate. We’ll work with your schedule to ensure consistency and comfort for your child.
